Kenstar Water Purifier
Water purifier is not functioning

Hi,

I am having the Kenstar's Water Purifier purchased from Mahalaxmi Steel, Sonepur, ORISSA three years back.

Last three months the matching is not functioning because of certain problems?

I have called many times to the customer service centre, but always got response that “we will do it within 24 hours sir”. But nothing is happening.

It my sincere request to take this matter seriously and do as required.
