I had bought a LED 47 Inch in January. I had requested for the TV to be delivered a little later as my house was under construction. When I later requested for the TV, I was told that they do not have that TV, as they gave it away to some other customer and cannot give it. I have paid a down payment of around Rs. 30000 and paid 3 installament and 4 installment is due. The total cost I paid for the TV was around Rs 77000 and was suppose to get a free gift of blue ray DVD player. Even after paying huge amount and still dont have TV. Even after 6 months of booking the TV and paying huge amount, I dont have the product with me.
I was promised I would be getting a TV the next day so I bought a refrigerator as well. I was given this refrigerator with lot of problems the next day.
Having said that, they asked me to buy a TV at higher rate instead of the TV that I booked.
This is highly unethical and unacceptable and making customers losing trust in the BRAND. How can LG just give away one customer's product to some one else and say, cannot give as we dont have...
Please do the needful of providing me the product I booked and reduce my hardship that I am going through to get my product.
I am completely unhappy about this kind of service provided.
