I HAVE PURCHASE YOUR LG COLOUR TV 21" IN THE MONTH OF DECEMBER WITH 1 2 YEARS WARRANTY.
DUE TO SOME TECH.PROBLEM THE TECHNICAL HAS TAKEN THE PCB FOR REPAIRING AND REPLACED WITH DUPLICATE ONE AFTER 3 WEEKS.
I HAD CONTACTED THE SERVICE CENTER LOCATED AT NALLASOPARA AND LODGED A COMPLAINT (NO.C-1062015873 DT 20.06.2010) AND JOB NO.PFQC106200034 MR.AVDESH SAID THEY WILL RECTIFY THE PROBLEM ON 12TH JULY BUT NONTHING HAS BEEN DONE SO FAR.
WITH DEEP REGRET I WOULD STATE HERE THAT THIS TYPE OF EXPERICE WAS NOT EXPECTED FROM A COMPANY LIKE LG AND I HAVE LOST MY TRUST WITH YOUR BRAND.
I ANTICIPATE YOUR PROMPT ACTION FAILING WHICH I HAVE NO OTHER OPTION LEFT BUT TO REFER THE MATTER TO APPROPRIATE LEGAL DEPARTMENT FOR FURTHER ACTION
