LG / Convectional microwave product LG M/Q MC 8188 HRC

On 26th Oct, 11 registered complaint No. RNA11126047729 to LG service center as microwave was completely dead.
After two days technician Mr Subash Kanojia from Sigma Services, Byculla (W) attended the call and took away the microwave sensor part for replacement. There was no response from the technician or LG company related to our complaint for one week.
Almost one month will past after registering complaint but everytime we get reply that the part is sent for replacement at Nioda.
I request you to kindly take strict action for what reason the delay actually was? Hardly after 2 weeks of purchase the microwave was completely dead. Warranty period and service from LG company is very poor and time consuming. I request you to replace the complete microwave from the dealer ASAP.
