i bought one lg mobile from kargil mobiles kongad during onam period.from your ernakulam office, informed me that i got one microwave oven in scratch&win offer. As per their instruction i sent all the relavent documents to your ekm office.till today i didnt get the oven.it is very unfortunate that a international company behaves in this manner.expecting a positive response
