I bought my LG Hometheater model no. HT924SF worth Rs. 14000 before few months ago, it has service warrenty of 1 year and till the product is under warrenty, I got problem of DVD playing immediatly after 3 months of purchase, I register my complain to customer care they sent person but it was not done, I have register my compalin for more then 7 times from month of march once I personally took my Home theater to their workshop for few days but it was not done, I felt that either workshop peoples are not well equiped and educated or they try to resolve it whithout finding fault or Company fault... Now I dont want to carry that DVD last time today I have register my complain to LG Customer Care for replacing it, and don t want to waste my futher valueable time to repair it... Please let me know how can I claim on company to replace my DVD...
