LG Front Loading Washing Machine
Too much delay in installation and Demo

I bought a front Loading washing Machine model no. 8066 on 26th of December. I got delivery on 27th of December. I am really sorry to say that I am experiencing one of the most worst days then, reason being even after 6 days gone and none of the person from your company has come for demo or installation. I bought the machine as it was from LG, but I am very sorry to say that I found LG service as one of the most ordinary services.

I made lots of call to your customer care but in reply I always got the new complain ID. On 30th December my complain ID was C09C3017950 and then on 2nd December my new complain ID was C1010201161 and in all the calls was was been told that the LG person will be visiting within 24 Hrs. but neither anybody visited nor I got the calls from any responsible person. All the time I am calling them but in response I always get a sweet commitments and nothing else. Now I am really affrid to buy anything from LG. Please check the complain else I have to return the product because I can't miss my office anymore or my hard money come cheap.
