This complain is for my lg microwave oven which was registered on 3rd march and till date i have not heard anythin from lg. Inspite of callin so many times i was just informed someone will contact me within 24hrs every single day. I was transferred to the manager the escalation team and also the local lg people and each and everyone failed to help. Promises and broken so easily here tat tat a 15mins call back promise is never done instead when i call shweta the local lg dealer they disonnect the call promise a call in 5 mins or jus don receive the call. The worst customer service till date.
