I purchased LG split AC on 03 Nov 11 to avail festival discount. When I used it first time, I found it was not working. I registered complaint on 04/06 (RNA 110604091793) then on 17/06 then on 20/06 (110620085803). Finally a rep from LG came and told that indoor unit was faulty. He took it with him on 22/06 for replacement. I am still waiting for redressal of my complaint. LG has cheated me since I had to pass the whole summer without AC. The money I had spent on purchase of AC has already spoiled. What is the use of warranty if the company takes two months for repair/replacement. Moreover, June and July are the months for use of an AC as nobody uses it from Sept. to Apr. Please help.
