ver sorry to say that 2faulty battery inverlast [ purchased in january]no of batteries 329399 and 329292 manufactured date 3-8-10 ] luminous matter [ your engineer already approved as fault in battery]continues from last 2 months and one battery handed over by wills eletrnic[ from the person i purchased] to m/s balaji ent your distributor about 60days ago but till today replacement of battery yet not receivedand another handed over about 10 days ago but till today nothing received, only promises received several times

i am not able to understand what you want?? should i loss patience and take action against the co through media and law
