Very-very poor service and staff response with regards to customer service.
I have purchased a microwave in 27 Nov. It stopped working on Sep 2011. i have lodged a complain at ur customer care and after 03 weeks a mechanic has visited at home. After checked the microwave he told that he need to replace its transformer to make it operational. Since thereafter he did not visited again till now. On contact he replied that he does not recd spare demanded item till now. I have made at least 100s call to customer care to resolve issue but till now almost 03 month over, but till now your men can not made available spare to mechanic.
Kindly can u tell what is it? this is your way to deal customer and how long you take to resolve one complain, by this this way you can't resolve more than 02 complains in entire year. If you are unable to provide customer service then no use to sell your product.
