On 10th april I have purchased MOSERBEAR HOME THEATHRE SYSTEM CODE MBI 5630 with sr. no D17AVMBA1001927A for Rs. 5490/-. Showing un necessory faith in Sales staff of Vijay Sales- electrnic store at Goregaon and taking risk of changing views from branded good quality electronic poduct like VIDEOCON, PHILLIPS, SANSUI etc. to newly set up electronic co. MOSER bear product. This HOME Theatre was working fine during warrently period i.e. 1 year and my bad luck that it started showing problem as soon as warrently period over.
on 23rd Oct 11 we have lodged complaint in MOSER BEAR call centre with no 111202436770067. After 2 days one gentle men visited and checked the instrument and we have been told that there is some problem with Mother Board and he will check the availability of same and will get repaired. But no body got turned up. We have again called customer care no. and asked for the status. He has provided one Zonal Manager cell no. 09884714608 name Mr. Shankar Narayanan. Mr. Shankar has promised that part will be arranged by him and advised us to contact Goregaon Service Centre with all details.
We had word with Mr. Aul Pondke - cell no. 9321960405 regional manager of Service centre and he was good enough to collect the instrument from our residence and given new job order no d17avmba1001927A. We have again started follow up with Mr. Pondke and we have been informed that still he yet to get required part. Now we have lost our patiance. As promised by Mr. Shankar for making available required parts which seems still not arranged.
During this period of 3 months my wife Ms. Manali has called personally to all concerns - Mr. Shankar, Mr. Podke, Mr. Kamal Sadana, Mr. Asthon, Mr. Raju but of no use.
Situttion is so pathatic that now a days Mr. Shankar is not attending our Call and Mr. Pondke is help less with out required part.
Moral of the story after keeping so much patiance and having experience of life biggest mistake by choosing un professional co., product like Moser bear we have without Home Thetre system for last 3 months.
I have written mail to Moser Bear customer compaint with concern regional managers of Wester Zone
But till date no feed back
