Please note that I brought a 500 ml Thermus of Eagle with a replacement warrantee for 5 years from M/s C M Pyarelal (Sadar Bazar Barnala) Invoice no. 5284 on date 11-Jan for rs 420.
The Shop owner when asked if the same will be replaced in case of any defect, he claimed that it will be replaced in case of any manufacturing defect / thermal insulation within 5 years.
After use, it was noticed that the cap of thermus is leaking and liquid is not maintaining its temperature. The Vendor was informed on 14-Jan.
The bottle was handed over to the vendor on 15-Jan and was collected again on 22-Jan w/o any replacement as per promise made earlier.
Again on Complaint on 28-Jan, he told me that they are dealing in lacs and do not care for product worth rs 420, quoting that the bottle can only be repaired / cap can be changed. On which the bottle was left with the vendor.
Please register the case against the shop owner (Mr. Om Prakash) for putting fake claims and undue harassments to consumers.
