I had purchased the n97mini handset (IMEI no. 351979046952206) on 23rd May. Within a week, the handset showed major and minor symptoms such as, when it was on the charger, it never charged. The applications such as the locking-up of the phone was not responding. The handset also shows unauthorized/default accessory when the headset is attached.

The handset has been given for repair and the concerned authorities say that it has been sent to Delhi for further repair services. Furthermore, we were given a second-hand handset of n97mini few weeks later (i.e. on 4th September) which was not mine (I had purchased a copper-coloured handset but I was given a black coloured handset). I refused to accept it. I was again given a copper-coloured handset which also didn't belong to me. They again took a complaint on 25th September and the target delivery date is 3rd October.
