Non refund of Money

This is to complain that I purchased a video camera from NAAPTOL the quality out put was very poor and the camera was so poor. I returned the same with in two days from the same to the address told by the company executive and same reached them on 01.09.10, I gave request for refund and I was promised to receive money with in a week but even after number of reminders no money is refunded. I wan to make complain and endorse a case against the firm as being cheated
