Touchscreen malfunction

My name is Zach. I had bought the boss ephone on the 10th of April (order # 293663). The phone's touchscreen just malfunctioned after about 2 weeks. My phone has not been subjected to any kind of physical shock. The touchscreen just malfunctioned all of a sudden. I called up customer service and they told me to get it repaired at the local repair centre. What kind of an idiot tells their customer to get a product repaired at some other repairing centre when the product is still under warranty!!! After I argued on this particular topic, their response was that they would call me back within a week's time which they have not done so. I have done alot of research on the net to find customer responses with the following product and have found out that a whole lot of customers who have bought this particular product are not satisfied at all. The product has a warranty period of 6 months and they can't even live up to their part of the bargain. From the various responses and experiences of other customers it looks like Naaptol is scamming people with a product that is entirely untrustworthy. I even submitted my reviews on the product on ther website and it has not been published... and why?? because my reviews were very negative. User reviews are not to be judged by its positivity alone. Reviews are reviews whether they contain positive or negative views.
