Sir,
This was my first deal (perhaps last) with Napptol, and I had pretty bad experience with it.
In September first week I order a product which I received with lots of defects.
I returned it back for replacement.
In last week of September, Naaptol returned me same product as it was with same defects.
In last week of October, I returned it again for refund.
Since then I have not received my money back (ie more than 2.5 months).
When I call your customer care, they assured me that I will get refund and a call from finance with SLA time of 15 days.
when I didn't get either my refund or call.
Then again I called customer care and I waited for 15 days and didn't any response again.
This was repeated 4 times.
Now for last 10 days, I am calling on daily basis, and getting assurance of a call from finance on same day.
Even one of the executive was saying that I personally went to finance department, your cheque is ready to deliver.
But now as I am fedup completely of these false assurities,
today I called your customer care (at around 12:7pm) to escalate the issue to senior management.
The call was about half an hour, the executive (Darshna - as she echoed her name) gave the same false assurity,
then I asked her that I want escalation and was insisting to transfer the call to her senior.
But she was denieing to do that (even 2 times she tried to end the call by saying "aapka din shubh ho").
and finally after at least 26 minutes she somehow got ready to forward my call to her senior (perhaps Mohinder).
Now, I was insisting to the guy to escalate the issue to senior management, but he straightaway cut my call.
So, this was the story. Now, please do the needful.
