I had bought a product from naaptol which was a mobile. the product was found to be defective as soon as i got the mobile with order no:673434.. blackcherry bl 9000 full touch screen mobile of rs4100. i sent it back to the company for repair. but they didnt correct it. i then sent it for refund in november but till now i didnt get any refund. i have called the customer care people more than 100 times. no favor has been done to me. its a waste to take products from naaptol i guess.
