I had orederd VOX touch scree mobile phone from NAAPTOL 15th March order no. 3628945 - the product delivered was a Senior citizen mobile phone of cheap model. I called up customer support and it reall difficult to get the line and on top of it its not toll free so every time you call u are on hold and all the service agents are busy handling other customers. Finally I got the line and registered the complaint Reference Complaint Number - 2626040 - The customer service rep - requestd me to ship the mobile back on my cost and then he will do the follow - up. The mobile set was duly shipped back and I got a mail from Naaptol support team on 28th March that the defective product has been received and the money will be credited within 7 working days. If 11th April and no refund has taken Place. Request Naaptol team to look into the issue and resolve it immediately. Thank you.
