I bought a MP3 player through Naaptol on-line. I find that the battery is defective as a full charge lasts only for 45 minutes. The company is not responding to e-mails and feedbacks. The customer service number is never available. Finally after trying for several days, I managed to get through and was given a complaint number but after that nothing has happened.
