10TH MAY. AND THEY TOLD THAT YOUR PRODUCT WILL BE REDELIVERED TO YOU IN 10 WORKING DAYS. BUT TILL DALE I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY PRODUCT AND WHENEVER I CONTACT YOUR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE THEY DID NOT GIVE ME ANY SATISFACTORY ANSWER THEY ALWAYS SAYS TAHT IETHER SERVER DOWN OR IT IS NOT UPDATE.

KINDLY HELP ME TO GET RESOLVE THIS PROBLEM AND DELIVER MY PRODUCT WITH SATISFACTORY RESULT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
