Defective substandard product sent

Sir,

I have recently ordered 'Insect Killer Cum LED Night Lamp ' from Naaptol.com (Details below). One of the product (out of two is not

working [ The lamp is not coming on].). I called up support and they claimed that these are indian manufactured product (as mentioned in the adv)

but I have received substandard chinese products [manufactued in China].

I called customer service and they told that me that for replacement, I will have to bear the courier cost for sending the return product

(for no fault of mine). Why should I pay for somebody's else fault of sending substandard chinese products (against mentioned in the adv that

they will be shipped from manufacturer factory in India).

Please help to either get this repaired or replaced at the earliest.
