Dear Sir/Madam,
I had booked a blackberry 8830 cdma handset from Naaptol.com [Order no.2887680] and I happen to receive it today by noon. However when I inserted the reliance cdma sim card the phone did not start. The customer support then asked me follow a procedure that would activate the phone. I happen to follow the same procedure but the phone did not start. Then your customer support asked me to visit reliance gallery for assistance which I again did. The reliance gallery guys informed me that the blackberry phone is a damaged piece. So I again called your customer support in order to resolve my issue.
There was a guy named Darshan Deshmukh (Customer support) adamantly informed me that I need to return the handset and after they receive my piece, they will check it for damage and thereafter they will refund my amount within 21 working days in the form of cheque payment. I insisted that I do not need the money I need the handset so if you can exchange it for another blackberry 8830 cdma piece that would help but the guy adamantly refused. I asked him to connect me to his senior for which he completely refused. He was not ready to listen to any of my thing and disconnected the phone in the mid of my communication.
I need an immediate reply from your side for this behavior as well as I need another piece which is working. I do not want a cheque payment however if you insist to pay me back then I need a cash payment the way I paid you.
