I received cellphone as per order no 529060 on 28/6/10 from naaptol & found it defective. I called back to naaptol customer care. The attendant asked me to send the product back to M/s. Prayosha Trading Co. at Kalbadevi, Mumbai by courier. I sent that cell phone on 6th July. I paid Rs. 50/- for M/s. Palande Courier for that & received receipt on 7th July. Then i called atleast 12 times to naaptol on 9223516148.
Mr. sunil, Miss Harsha, Mr Ishant, Mr. Nandan, Miss Ankita, Mr. Govind, Miss Reshma all these "cheators" of Naaptol Cheating Co. promised me of early delivery of my replaced handset. I also received SMS that the product is in reverse transit & will be delivered soon. Till date I have not received handset. I lost Rs. 4200/- 50/- 500/- on phone calls. I already sent a notice to M/s. Prayosha Treading Co. to show cause as why a case should not be filed in consumer court against them for this cheating. They neither replied nor delivered the handset. Now i am thinking of filing a case. "BEWARE ALL - DONT PURCHASE ANY PRODUCT FROM THIS NAAPTOL CHEATERS"... Sudhakar Patkar.
