Dear sir,
Pl refer to above order number, which is already dispatched by you, I have to state that already just after placing the order I sent message TWICE thru your feedback system to make sure that the gift watch must be there in the shipment. When I did not see the mention of watch in the shipment detail today on 29 th of oct I called Customer support and had a talk with “Kasan” and he confirmed my doubt regarding the watch that watch has not been shipped along with camcorder. I clearly said to him that in that case I will not encash the camera when it comes for delivery.
He has assured me that he will send me the watch and inform me immediately on my email [email protected] that watch has been shipped or it shows on delivery status, only then I will pay to the delivery person.
Hope you guys will keep the image of your own company and online shopping reliability so that online market will not lose its credibility in India.

PS I am sorry to say that Mr Kasan advised me to write to [email protected] and I did so but it kicked back as Mailor's demon. This is very disgraceful and creates doubt about the buissiness. Pl reply me a.s.ap. Thanks RM
