I Mr. Raghesh bought new Nokia E72 White (IMEI: 355974040318179) from Nokia Priority Dealer (Happy Creations) Calicut for Rs18, 400.00 on 23rd March.

Just after few weeks I found dust inside the Screen and given for service. Till now I serviced 4 times and the complaint still persist. I’m not working in a dusty environment too.

I’m very sad to inform you about the poor service you are providing to customers. Now I’m not ready to give the mobile for service for 5th time rather I need replacement.
