Pathetic servicing

Hi,

I had bought micromax a70 last year in the month of October or November, since then i am facing their servicing issues.

Few days after, serious issue got detected in my device and then i came to know that i got a defected device.

After wasting considerable amount of time in going around their service centers they finally accepted my issue and took it for the repair.

And nearly after 75 - 80 days i got it back.

This was my first encounter with them.

After this my handset was working fine with some minor issues which i ignored because after my first encounter, i didn't wanted to stay away from my phone for another few months as my work is solely dependent on my phone.

4-5 months after using my device, i was forced to submit my device again to their service center cos it dwelled severe issues.

This time i got my device back after 30-40 days.

This time, when i got my phone back there were scratches on my screen cos of poor handling in service center and also i noticed that my proximity sensor wasn't working, again because to poor handling.

I noticed this on the immediate day when i got my phone from service center, but i needed my phone in that span so i dint submitted at that time.

After few days with the fear of expired warranty, i again submitted my device to them and since then till now, i dint got my phone back.

I had wasted enough of my time trying calling their customer support, first of all their customer support executives are the busiest personalities around the globe and seconldy, if your luck is with you, they answer the call but then they hung up in between before addressing the issue, this has happened to me thrice.

When you try to approach them by shooting emails to them, you rarely get a response and the ratio is 5:1, if you mail them 5 times then they reply you once that to, if your lucky enough and their reply consists nothing but a list of probable words like shorlty, soon etc.

Since then, m writing mails to them but m not sorted till now.

Few days ago, i got a call from them stating, i ll be getting a44 as a swap device for my a70 as they cant repair my device

a44 comes for 4000.rs and my a70 comes for 7500.rs, this is the major difference along with many other, so its natural that i won't accept that.

Then after fighting this mail war for 1 more month they agreed to give me a87 as a swap device which again costs 5500, less then my device's cost.

I want a phone which equalizes the money value of a70 along with its features or higher end device as an compensation for the trouble i had dealilng with them

Please its a common man's request to you to deal with this issue and hoping that i ll be getting my phone back soon enough.
