Model Discontinued Cannot repair PCB

The customer care person told that your model is 9 years old and we do not manufacture it. hence the PCB is also discontinued. They told it cannot be repaired.
From company point of view they must repair the part even though model is discontinued. they said they dont have facility to repair such old part.
