Leakage

I purchased Aqua guard RO costing around 15 grands.

Water has been dripping from the unit from the day it was installed. Repeaed calls to the customer care resulted only in them sending inexpirenced tech chaps who keep mentioning that its a minor fault and they need to get some part to have this taken care of. I've been calling there customer care eversince. it's been four months now and other than false assurence nothing's been done so far.
