This is with reference to puchase of a water purifier from thier stall in event organised in "LUCKNOW MAHOUTSAWA" in 2006 in the name of my wife Smt Meenu jindall, R/o C-1643, Rajajipuram, Lucknow. At the time of purchase pertaining sales person assured us to provide a gift casting -. They said me that the same will be send by post after approval from your H O.

I am so sorry to state that more than one year have been passed and "LUCKNOW MAHOUTSAWA" - 2007 is running but my gift is not recieved by us till the date. I neaver hoped such kind of cheat and malecious act of promise from such reputed company.

I hope you will look into the matter and ensure the delivery of my gift and also punish the sales person who did the same.
