I ordered IFB Microwave Oven Grill-20PG3s on 20 may. The order number of product is 903629959.Since this is a branded heavy product. I was asked to go for cash before delivery payment mode. I made the payment on 24th may. Through first flight courier. But the product has not been delivered till date 20-07. Which should have been done within 10-12 working days inspite of number of complain being made to home shop 18 by phone.
