After paying for sony handycam product not recieved & company not responding

Dear Sir

I have purchased

Item name: Sony Handycam DCR-SR88 120GB Hard Drive HD Camcorder by order number: 411001200334 on 29 th April

The price: 180 USD

The shipping cost: 18USD

The insurance: 8USD

The total: 206 USD, after paying the amount on 5 th May they have given docket no RR9771937389 on 11 th may & said, " We have confirmed your payment and send your goods today, here is the tracking number of your package: RR9771937389. You can't track your goods now, it is still in China's customs territory. When it is out of China's customs territory, you can track it online", but they did not informed by which courier company they have dispatched it & tilll date I have not recieved any response from the company
