No Hall mark no gift

Hi had buy Dr Tea after watching there one hour Advertisment on TV, In that they told the TVM is there hallmark and with this they are giving free gift .. but after i recive that tea no any hallmark is there and no any gift and now wen i again call there cutomer care they are not respoding properly...
