I own an Inova Water Purifier from Eureka Forbes, Its Annual Maintenance Contract is given to Nanak Services in South Delhi (Authorised service center for Eureka Forbes). For the last 22 days the machine is not working and I have been complaining them about this every 2-3 days. At the complaint center they dont give me a complaint number saying our systems are not working and your mobile no. itself is the complaint no.
Any suggestions what can I do further for this.
