Hi,
1. I had placed an order with Bag It Today for their promotional offer of Holiday Package (Feb 4, Order ID is - 777779873). I had paid INR 7000 online. I got email and phone confirmations from them saying that order has been placed and I will be receiving Welcome Kit in 10 business days.
2. Even after a month I did not receive any packet. Upon enquiring, they said that there was some delay and packet will be sent in a week.
3. After a week I got following email from them:

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.
With reference your e-mail.
we regret to inform you that due to some technical error, your order could not be captured successfully in the system. Therefore, we request you to kindly place your order again by visiting our website, www.bagittoday.com for the latest offers.
However, in case the payment has debited from your account, kindly get back to us with authentication code and scanned copy of your credit card/bank statement reflecting the debit against India Toady/ Bagit Today.
Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

4. I asked for REFUND to which they have not responded till date (March 18). Attached my Credit Card statement and Order Confirmation screenshot too.
5. I am planning to lodge a complaint in Consumer Court agaisnt Bag It Today. Please stay away from fraudulent promotional offers and calls from Bag It Today staff.
