Dear Sir,
I had booked an online order on 28/02 at Bag It Today site of India Today Group for the following items 1) Reebok Folding Bag 2) A set of Samaira Diamonds 3) Reebok Tracksuit 4) Reebok Cap & Muffler set worth Rs 2297.
I had made the payment of Rs 2297 via my Credit Card on that very day for which I received the confirmation mail from Bag It Today where they provide me the Order ID: 1003207997 and inform me that I will receive the order within 2-3 weeks. Again on 5/3 they send me a mail thanking for the order.
After 3 weeks of not receiving the parcel I called at their help line number, the person who received the call inform me that order has been dispatched from their end on 11/03 through First Flight Courier and provide me the consignment number as D48265101.
After getting the consignment number I contacted First Flight Courier Delhi office from where the consignment has been booked. The lady who received the call informs me that the consignment has been dispatched from their Delhi office and asks me to contact Durgapur office.
When I contacted Durgapur office of First Flight Courier they inform me that they have no knowledge about the consignment and still it had not reached to them.
I again contacted Delhi office of First Flight Courier but they fail to provide me any satisfactory answer. After calling them almost 20 times over a period of 2 days they inform me that they don’t have delivery system in Durgapur and by mistake they booked the consignment.
They inform me to contact Bag It Today regarding the same. Immediately I contacted the help line number of Bag It Today Delhi office the person received the call note down my complain via complaint no. 96764 and inform me that I will receive the consignment very soon.
After that almost every day I used to call Bag It Today Delhi office help line number to know the status but they can’t provide me any answer.
On 24/03 & 28/03 I send them mail regarding the issue but in spite of that I don’t receive any reply from them neither any one from Bag It Today ever call me to know whether or not I received the consignment.
On 28/03 when I called again at their help line number they informed me that I will receive the consignment within 7 days. Waiting for 14 days yesterday I again call at their help line number to know the status, person who received the call inform me that it had been dispatch on 11/03 from their end via First Flight Courier which shows that they don’t even bother to update customer complain.
When I informed him that I had already complain long back he fails to provide me any satisfactory answer and again ask me to wait. I requested him to provide me the contact number of his senior so that I can talk with him regarding my problem but straight way he refuse to provide me any number.
I am feeling very helpless in this matter and would request you to kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
I think this particular company is cheating customers.
