Bill for Not proper services

Dear Sir,

For the past 4 months there are not proper broadband connection from bsnl. Every time it disconnects immediately when i try to connect. (This problem has been faced my many peoples around my area). I have placed my complain many times on the phone to the bsnl from April Till now they are not at all rectify it, but promptly the bill was generated everymonth till date without internet connection. When i went and complain in direct in the office (Triplicane BSNL) they will not at all taken my written complain, they asked me to go to Greams Road HO.Chennai. When i went over there and place my writen complain and i told them to close the connection they are not properly respond me. I met both JE and AE, they told me to walk around all the floors in the bsnl office without taking compalin. But finally they shown me on their system that i have used few hours of internet on june without having clear details, i never used it till now, but the system shows that i have used few hours.

Today i received one more letter from bsnl that i have to pay the due amount for may, june, july, aug 11 for around 1977/- without any single service.

I have paid my last bill on April. After their poor service, i haven't paid the money because of not proper response from bsnl. Please help me the same regarding this big issue.
