Non-delivery of product and no refund as well

I purchased a microwave oven (Whirlpool Magicook 25C Treat 25 Ltrs Convection Microwave Oven) along with a) Convection microwave oven kit b) 27 PCS Dinner set c) REEBOK CLASSIC WATCH (FREE WITH WPOOL) on 24th march from futurebazaar.com

Although microwave, oven kit, and reebok watch have been delivered but the delivery of 27 pcs dinner set worth Rs. 2162 has still not been made and neither the money refunded to me.

This product (dinner set) was delivered to me on three previous occassion - but in broken condition - hence rejected.

please suggest me a course of action - i have all the reciepts, bills, and challans.
