I had placed order for an item from Futurebazaar (ezone.futurebazaar.com) on 14th Feb which was scheduled to be delivered by21st Feb. The order no. is 5017022587 & the order is of a Mobile handset. It is 26the Feb today and I have got nothing in my hand. When I brought this to notice of their customer care, they told me that the package must be delivered within 25th Feb & failed to do it. I don't know what will be about my package but I can clearly tell you that "THEY ARE THE WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SERVICE I HAVE EVER SEEN". Pls. anyone wants to buy something from them, think twice before doing it.
