I have the Airtel Broadband connection. I always get monthly bill from airtel. To use broadband there is one landline connection which is must required. I have landline connection but i never used landline connection even I have no phone set. In brief i only use my internet. But in the bill of month august (bill date 24/08) airtel charged me rs 180 for calls which i never made. I register complaint on 31st august but i does nit got any reply then i called again to airtel costumer care and then they told that your complaint is rejected because u have made call but i never made any call. I also faced same problem in the month of May but still i don’t get any reply from airtel. What should i do? They are charging me wrong and also not giving me any reply. Please help me and suggest me what should i do
