I have ordered below item :

Total Amount: 1000.0000

Order Status: Awaiting Shipment

Philips Hair Striaghtner - HP 8300

But they are not Shipping the product. It is still in Awaiting-Shipment stage.

They are not receiving any call and also not giving any mail reply.

So can you please help me in order to get back money or product??
