This is with regards to the order placed through indiaflowerplaza.com for a cake in April. I cancelled the order, rec'd the cancellation but have't rec'd the money back. Whenever I call the Indiaflowerplaza.com, the lady on the other end starts yelling and asks me to call someone else. She refused to coperate and was very very rude. She starts yelling and puts the blame on the CCAvenue - the payment gateway!
Please tell me how i should get the refund back. This is the second time they havent returned my money back.
