Dear Sir,

I ordered a mini vacuum cleaner from Indiaplaza on 12th Jan. I waited for 1 month since they said no stock. I asked for cancellation and Refund on 12th Feb (saturday). Its been more than 3 days and no status again. I ordered through Citibank reward points. My reward points will get expire by march if I dont use it. I dont know what to do, and I came across this and hope you can help me. My order no. in Indiaplaza is IN1201110011.
