Ordered Books worth Rs1234 879 970 via order no 291020090067 by cheque from Bank of Baroda (No.898971 dtd 29.10.2009) and received only one book worth Rs.970 on 20th December. Till date they have not answered my query about refund. They only sent me a mail confirming cancellation of the rest of the order. This cheque was given to them from Project money funded by Govt of India. I am an Officer in the service of Govt College, West Bengal.
