I have been chasing for a NEFT refund since 20.05.12, inspite of numerous calls and mail reminderd i have still not recieved refund yet.

I dont understand the problem yet, why it take

such a long time to issue my own refund.

This was a very bad and a sad experience with

them, may not chosse them in future with the same

level of service.
