Refund/Disgusting Customer Service

I have been contacting Naaptol Customer Service about 20 to 30 times regarding a refund which I was promised. I have all the recorded conversations which will support what I am saying above. I was asked to return the product to get a refund which I did. I returned the product that I received in order # 239054 on the 10th of April which was received at your store at R.K. Enterprises, Kurla (W) on the 12th of April (The package was delivered by Professional Couriers).

It's been over a month that I have not recieved my Cheque. Still, since it is my money, I have been contacting every now and then to the customer service and speaking with a Manager Rashmi. Initially, she did try to help me, i did whatever she asked me to, I gave her all the help she needed to get my refund peacefully and patiently. But now, it looks like I have been made a fool again. I have been calling for more than a week now and trying to speak with the same manager, and I am always told that I will get a call back within 2 hours, but obviously i do not get a reply at all. I am wasting my money, energy, time calling you guys for something which should have been taken care off long time ago. At this point I am totally agitated and I guess the only option I have is to go the Consumer Court.

I have enough proof that I have been conned by your company not once but twice. I'm sure there are no notes in your systems that at the time of ordering, I was offered a free product and later was being charged. This is what you guys do to run your business, offer customers free products and then charge them. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have never done business with a company like your. I have all the recorded conversations I had with the customer service agents and the manager which clearly mentions that I am suppose to get my money refunded. This is my hard earned money and I will not let you guys take it away. For you it might be a small amount but now I'll make sure that I also get some kind of compensation from you guys for all the trouble I have been through.

To top it all, whenever I call, I am always told that there are no notes about my previous conversation wherein I have specifically asked agents to make notes of the details. I know I was asked to send a copy of the delivery receipt for the delivered package to your store, but I had called last week informing that I do not have the details with me and had asked your customer service to contact me the store to confirm the product delivery.

Now, I have given hopes and I know what I need to do to get my money. Inspite of co-operating and after doing all what was asked, I don't think this is the way a customer is supposed to be treated.
