I am Sreeraj P from Kerala. I placed an order numbered 1654415 with naaptol on 19 April. Later when I checked there site for order status, they have listed the order being shipped through Bluedart courier on 21 April. They have also mentioned the AWB number of the courier. When I contacted Bluedart they says that no such AWB number is there. I contacted naaptol customer service and they said the AWB number is somehow wrong, they will correct it an you will receive the product in 2 or 3 working days. This was done on 7 May. I contacted them again on 9 May and 10 May. The response was the same. But neither I got the product nor the correct AWB number till now. I also wrote to their CEO regarding this, still there is no response
