Defective product &delay in replacement

Dear sir, i have purchaced a touchpphone on naaptol.com by cash on delivery method, by order #180365. they delivered the product after only 3 days and collected payment of Rs 4200/ on 24th February.when i opened the packaging it was a cheap Chinese phone and above all it was defective one. it never recognized any SIM, so i contected to naaptol's coustemer care helpline. i have tried on that for 4 continuous days and thousands of calls, allways with on dialogue "all our executives are busy on another call, please wait for a while, your call will be attended soon". after four days i email a complaint to their feedback section and than i was told to resend the product to their specified address, i sended the package to them by dtdc couriers and they delivered it to them on 7th march . from than until now i dont got my replacement . i think i was cheated by them and lost my money to a white collared fraud concern . please do something so other pepoles will not fall victim of NAAPTOL.COM.
