Some items not delivered

I placed an order on the 25-nov 09:21:09 pm, having order no. 557628 with the following items:

20 X classmate longbook, unruled, pgs 172, 272 X 167 MM

2 X fevicol clear & non - staining all purpose adhesive (all fix), 20 ML

1 X fevicol white glue - glue pen (25 gm)

1 X deli mesh pen stand (size - 90*h100mm)

1 X solo laptop/LCD screen cleaner (fabric)

2 X camlin cover it correction pen

2 X imperial golden brown laminated paper roll, size - 8 X 37.5 cms

3 X camlin hipar 0.5 MM fine hb pencil leads extra long - set of 15 leads

now after around 10 days of the order, I received some of the items.

20 units of classmate longbook unruled and fevicol fix-it are still pending, and it's around a month now that I have placed the order.

Despite several mails and calls, I have not got a clear answer as to when the pending items in my order would be delivered to me!!

I want either my money back or items delivered to me.
