I have applied for new airtel broadband connection CEF No.: 2783672 on August 07,
No one has called yet even after 10 days and don’t know what has happened to my application (torn and money stolen). The application number does not reflect in system as per the customer care executives. The mobile number of sales person is switched off, since then.
In case this is true I’m ready to pay again and request an early installation. I have already wasted 10 days in the process, extremely disheartened..
I have logged the compliant and as per the executive the problem had to be resolved today August 16 before 5:30 PM. I haven’t received any call from any technician etc.
Finally some has confirmed that form has not been logged yet, Every time I call they ask me to call after 2 hrs, system is under updation. Funny they update system in working hrs in India.
Guys dnt ever give money to Airtel Home Executives, they steal it. Sales guys are your bosses...
